Greater Manchester Rough Sleepers Accommodation Programme (GM RSAP)
GM RSAP provides support to people across Greater Manchester who have experienced or are at risk of rough sleeping. The programme offers furnished tenancies for up to two years, alongside person-centred, trauma-informed support from an RSAP worker.
How RSAP Works
GM RSAP support is delivered through a partnership of three organisations: Great Places (lead partner), Jigsaw, and Riverside.
GM RSAP Housing is provided by Salix, Bolton at Home, Irwell Valley Homes, Great Places, One Manchester and Stockport Homes. These properties are dispersed across different local authorities in Greater Manchester.
This service is commissioned by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) as part of their regional response to homelessness.
Each RSAP worker supports 10-12 people, providing person centred and trauma informed support to help people rebuild their lives and thrive in their homes.
