The Bond Board – Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Beeput
Andrew is the Chief Executive Officer of The Bond Board, leading work to help people access private rented housing and improve standards for tenants. His career spans frontline support work, housing management, project development, and strategic leadership across various organisations. With over 30 years of dedicated experience in housing and homelessness, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge and leadership to his work. He has served as a trustee and non-executive director for organisations including Great Places Housing Group and Bury Law Centre. His expertise spans service development, governance, funding, and partnership working to create lasting change through Housing First.

Great Places - Director of Independence and Wellbeing
Andrew Gray
​Andrew has over 30 years experience in working within the care and support sector, working for a number of large Housing and Care providers nationally, and smaller regional organisations. Over the last 15 years he has held a number of Director and Executive Director roles as well as several Trustee positions. He is currently Director of Independence and Wellbeing for Great Places Housing Group joining the organisation in 2022, responsible for the Group’s specialist housing and support services including the GM Housing First Programme, Independent Living, accommodation and community services as well as the provision of support and safeguarding for all customers across the group.

Jigsaw Support - Operations Director
Kerrie Pryde
Kerrie is an experienced housing practitioner, with over 35 years in the social housing sector. Starting out at Tameside Borough Council in 1989, Kerrie
transferred to New Charter (now Jigsaw Homes Group) in 2000 and has held a wide variety of positions within the Group. She is now Operations Director for Jigsaw Support, managing around 200 colleagues and heading up a wide range of support services for residents and customers, including Jigsaw’s Greater Manchester Housing First Team.

Greater Manchester Mental Health – Head of Operations Addiction and Homeless Services
Sarah Lewis
Sarah Lewis is a social worker by background and has worked for over 30 years in a range of health and social care settings. These include, service delivery and management roles in Criminal Justice, Community safety and Youth Offending. She has held policy advisory roles with PHE as a regional drug and alcohol advisor and Dept of Health as NW Health and Justice lead . She has worked for GMMH NHSFT since 2015 as Health and Justice service manager and Head of Operations in the Mental Health rehab. division. She is currently Head of Operations for Addictions and Homeless services.

Petrus – Operational Director
Sonia Denham
Sonia is an experienced senior leader with over 20 years experience in the Housing and VCSFE sector, currently in the role of Managing Director of Petrus
Community. She has a particular interest in coproduction and leadership development. Sonia plays a key role in developing and contributing to change and strategic growth opportunities across Greater Manchester as a member of this board, Chair of the Leadership Team of Greater Manchester Citizens for Citizens UK and an active member of the Rochdale VCSFE Leadership Board.
