The Greater Manchester Housing First (GMHF) Programme is co-ordinated by a Central Team at Great Places Housing Association and they are supported by Zone Leads, Team Leaders and Housing First Workers who work for the Delivery Partners in specific Local Authorities across Greater Manchester.

Housing First is an evidence-based approach, which uses housing as a platform to enable individuals with multiple and complex needs to begin recovery and move away from homelessness.  

Since it's inception in 2019, the partnership has adapted and grown to ensure the people across all 10 boroughs had the support they needed. Read below to see how we have got to where we are today

Our co-production panel has been a vital source of expertise and consultation, providing us with oversight and a sounding board for approaches to measuring outcomes, assessing delivery, and developing ways of working.
